Local Government Reorganisation
The Government is consulting on proposals to reorganise local government here in Oxfordshire. There are three options are under consideration and the deadline for responses is 26 March 2026.
Planning Application For 76 New Houses Near Saltway Farm Shop
We have received details of a planning application to build 76 houses off the Broughton Road on the land around Milestone Farm opposite the entrance to Saltway Farm Shop. Responses to this planning application are required by 4th December.
North Newington Advent Windows
A new window coming to light each day during Advent has become a North Newington Christmas tradition.
The Banbury Triathlon is coming to North Newington!
The Banbury Triathlon is taking place on Sunday 18th May. This year due to roadworks we are using an alternative bike route that will take us through your great village, North Newington.
